My taste would involve, minimally adding a wall to separate the bath and bedroom, then depending on whether you will use a Jacuzzi tub or not, you could remove the tub and add a Walk In Roman Shower, with or without multiple shower heads. I love the look and size of the pedestal sinks along with the ability to get up close and personal with the mirrors…(those of us with glass can’t see to far without them). So I would add counter space either were the existing shower is, or If I don’t need or can’t afford a Roman Shower, but don’t want a Jacuzzi tub, then you could add cabinetry in that area….If you choose to remodel, it doesn’t have to be pricey.
